We won't all live to the same age. But the earlier you start making optimal health your goal, the longer and better life you can live. Ideally, the foundation for optimal health should have been started before we are conceived. However, even if your foundation wasn’t laid perfectly it’s not too late to make a significant change for the better.
We can often reverse some of the physical damage we have incurred. While we can't change our DNA (yet), we can certainly change our environment, and the microenvironments in which we live.
